San GiorgioArte celebrates the Big Apple
Who among us, at least once in their life, has never dreamed of taking a trip to the Big Apple? New York represents in the collective imagination a dream to be realized. Because it is much more than a metropolis… It is a feeling, a state of mind, an icon. Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Art Deco skyscraper of the Empire State Building: there are endless reasons to love New York.
Dotted with monuments and famous streets that have made it famous all over the world, it is the symbol of rebirth, of a people who knew how to react to tragedy, of life that flows, of a continuous and changing flow of people who live together in complexity of different cultures.
The so exclusive features of this city have always fascinated and kidnapped men and women of all latitudes and artists from different backgrounds who have depicted it to make it immortal.
The SanGiorgioArte gallery also wants to pay homage to New York and that boundless and varied humanity it represents, with the exhibition entitled eloquent I Love New York.
It will be possible to admire the most representative paintings of two contemporary artists, the Tuscan Paolo Fedeli and the Apulian Roberto Guadalupi.
