Kostabi Mark

Mark Kostabi, artist and composer, was born in Los Angeles in 1960 to Estonian immigrants. Having moved to New York, he established himself as a provocative character by publishing interviews with himself on the topic of contemporary art. In 1988 he founded the Kostabi World, studio, galleria e ufficio per sé e i suoi assistenti pittori. La passione per la cultura, il popolo, l’arte e la cucina italiana lo spingono a vivere sei mesi all’anno in Italia. Realizza la veste grafica di copertine di LP per i Guns N' Roses hey Ramones, And brand names advertisements for a watch Swatch, vases, computer accessories, and the pink shirt for the Tour of Italy. Produces a cable TV show in Manhattan, Inside Kostabi.
