Romano from 1938, he attended the Art Institute and graduated in Photography. It is the protagonist of Roman pop school, strictly follows the new dada, proposing everyday objects in monochrome. Its shutters, mirrors and windows are known.
Since 1963 Festa has also focused on the masters of the Italian tradition and the Renaissance, in particular the Michelangelo of the Sistine and Medici Chapels, interpreted as advertising images.
